Manifest Pharmacy is the licensed pharmacy within Revive, providing nationwide prescription fulfillment and home delivery. As part of Revive, Manifest continues to operate as a fully accredited pharmacy, sourcing medications exclusively from U.S. based wholesalers and manufacturers and delivering medications directly to patients’ doors.
Manifest Pharmacy works closely with Revive’s clinical care teams or your personal provider to ensure prescriptions are processed securely, accurately, and efficiently. With a focus on reliability, compliance, and customer service, Manifest supports Revive’s mission by managing the pharmacy operations that enable seamless care and medication access.
We receive all your prescription information directly from your prescriber, via secure fax or electronically through their prescribing software program. You can simply tell your prescriber to “send my prescription to Manifest.”

Yes! We are fully accredited with LegitScript and NABP. We are also HIPAA certified.
Don’t worry, we won’t let you run out of medication. We will contact you via secure text message and email 7-10 days before your next refill is due. You may also request a refill from our website or within the Revive member portal.
You should receive your order within 2-5 business days from the time we confirm your prescription order with you.
Your order will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. Most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive once confirmed. Weather may delay your order in certain circumstances. Our team will provide you with the tracking information once your order is shipped, or you can check with the shipping carrier or our pharmacy team for additional assistance.
